It’s all about the people – reward and recognition…

Forget about the 33,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, forget about the innovative system, forget about the exemplar projects…. Innovaré is nothing without the dedicated team of people that deliver the service on a daily basis.

To reward and recognise the contributions made, prior to the Christmas Party in December an informal awards ceremony was held to highlight the good work, often in difficult circumstances that has been done over the last 12 months. Voted for by the team themselves the 4 rewards represent part of the cultural drive within the business to develop and reward our people.

Pete Blunt, Managing Director, stated:

“We have a brilliant team who give a great deal of effort and commitment to the business. It’s our responsibility to develop and reward them in whatever way possible to show how important a role every individual has to making this team successful… we also need to make sure we have some fun at the same time!”
