Innovaré shortlisted for Construction News Specialist Awards 2014

The largest SIP structure in the UK gains recognition…

Innovaré are pleased to have been shortlisted for the Construction News Specialist Awards 2014 for the Project of the Year for the work we have completed at the Kingsley Green Project.

The awards take place on the 19^th March 2014 at the London Hilton and are one of the most established awards in the UK, focused on recognising the quality of inspirational work being produced by UK specialist contractors.

The Kingsley Green project is a £40m mental health development in Radlett. Comprising over 24,000m² of the product, 110m long corridors and with the perimeter of the building being over a mile in length it’s reported to be the largest single SIPs structure in the UK and Europe.

A complex design combined with stringent specification requirements, floor to ceiling heights of over 5m and service holes up to 5m², it tested the capability of the team and the system but was successfully delivered within the required time and budget constraints.
