We are delighted to announce that Innovaré have been awarded ‘SIPs Project of the Year’ and ‘Private Housing Project of the Year’ for Little Kelham at the 2021 Structural Timber Awards.
Completed over five years, Little Kelham was designed to be a catalyst for change and utilises Innovaré’s acclaimed offsite technology. Little Kelham has been named in the Sunday Times’ ‘Best Places to Live in the UK’ guide and was also crowned residential winner of the RICS Yorkshire & Humber Awards.
The award ceremony took place on 6th October at the National Conference Centre, Birmingham. The awards celebrate innovative solutions and ground-breaking developments from across the UK timber industry.
