Our apprentices are hugely important to us here at Innovaré Offsite and our apprenticeship schemes can be a fantastic way for a young person to kick start their career in construction.
We utilise the apprenticeships schemes to recruit and train individuals embarking in a new career in construction and to offer formal training and development opportunities to our existing team.
Offering opportunities to our current team members has allowed our team to consider career changes by gathering formal work-based education in different departments, the apprenticeship offering has also allowed team members to gain formal qualifications to enhance their skill sets in existing roles.
