The Little Kelham skyline in Sheffield has taken another dramatic change.
The Garden Houses are now well underway built using design and construction by Innovaré, which has the homes taking shape fast.
’s ‘modular’ home design involves huge, pre-made panels of all shapes and sizes to form the walls and skeleton of the properties. The panels are lowered into place with a crane before being fitted into position, followed by follow-on trades and finishes.
“This way of building is not only more accurate than a conventional on-site build, but it is also much faster and time efficient. Rooms can be created in hours and whole floors created in a day.”
