Birmingham City Council required modern methods of construction to be used for the development of a standalone extension for the Harborne Primary School on a new site approximately one mile away from the main school building. Speed of construction was essential to provide education facilities for the rapidly expanding local population. From the early planning and design stages, Innovaré Offsite’s manufactured System was specified as the core structural solution.
Harborne Primary School has since been shortlisted for the Constructing Excellence West Midlands Awards 2020 in the Offsite category.
