Rowley Hall Primary School: Factory-fit windows speed up the programme

Sandwell Council wanted to use the need for a new primary school to develop a flagship learning facility and create a process as a foundation for future projects. This needed to meet the challenges of rapid build times, flexibility, sustainability and building performance to ensure the growing demand for school provision could be met most efficiently and cost effectively.
