The benefits of offsite construction were successfully realised when main contractor Morgan Sindall teamed up with Innovaré Offsite to create an innovative design that delivered a high quality, airtight and energy-efficient building for Abbey View Primary Academy.
Abbey View Primary Academy provides a first-class education facility with the potential to grow in-line with the surrounding population to ultimately accommodate 420 students with an additional 52 pre-school places.
Using advanced offsite manufactured timber technology maximised efficiency and quality on site. Abbey View was delivered on time and budget in just 42 weeks and snag free.
