We are the market leader in delivering panelised offsite techniques to simplify the construction process and are uniquely placed to be a full service technology partner bringing the speed, predictability and cost advantages of working with offsite construction.
At our specialist manufacturing facility in Coventry, manufacturing disciplines and streamlined production processes deliver greater speed and efficiency. Building prefabricated high performance panels that are designed with load bearing capacity, structural integrity, thermal performance, fire resistance and acoustic performance and provides a complete dry structure. This leads to fewer concessions and opens up more opportunities for clever value engineering with a quicker speed of build than traditional construction. Replacing a traditional steel or concrete structure with a lightweight timber frame and panels which include internal and external walls, floors and roofs.

Having been in the offsite industry for over ten years, it’s been interesting to watch the rapid transformation from ‘how we might build in the future’ to ‘how we need to be building right now’.
