We are delighted to announce that last week we were successfully approved as one of the 16 offsite companies on the NH2 LHC framework for the offsite construction of new homes. The LHC is a leading government agency providing free to use framework agreements used by local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to procure works, products and services for the construction, refurbishment and maintenance of social housing and public buildings.
With the government housing target of 300,000 homes per year, the framework is designed to allow an easy procurement route to the best Modern Methods of Construction providers in the business.
