50% year on year growth in an economic downturn…
As a time to setup a manufacturing facility in the UK for construction products, 2008 would not be the automatic choice in hindsight based on the economic landscape at the time. Yet for all the right reasons the investment in the 33,000 sqft factory in Coventry showed yet again Innovaré’s intent to deliver a service and product that would meet the needs of the construction industry, even in the downturn.
The market and economy didn’t improve over the subsequent years yet Innovaré’s sales continued to grow. 50% year on year growth in recent years reflects the impact of the teams drive to deliver a service that is based on more than just the exceptional product that is the system, but on understanding the needs of each of the key stakeholders in the construction process.
Innovaré Managing Director, Pete Blunt, states:
“Whilst the increase in sales gives some comfort we’re on the right track, the level of repeat business and the partnerships we’re developing with both our customers and our supply-chain is the most positive aspect of our results to-date.”
Continued investment into the teams capability is planned, further improving on the 47,000 m2 of that was produced in the last 12 months. Whatever the economic outcome in the next few years, solid foundations are being laid.
