Innovaré Factory in Coventry Doubles Capacity with New Redesign

Innovaré offsite is carrying out a full factory expansion and redesign plan at their Coventry site designed to double the factory’s capacity beginning the 18th of August, with Head of Operations Simon Fletcher leading the reorganisation.

The plan is to scale up Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) output by relocating key areas of the production line and maximising the efficiency of the material flow. This doubling in capacity aims to meet the increasing demand in the UK for energy efficient buildings and for Innovaré’s structural insulated panels well into the long-term future.

The work is to be carried out over a week whilst the factory is shut down, with the Operations team receiving full training on the changes being made. This means adapting processes in line with the new and smoother work flow.

Head of Operations, Simon Fletcher said: “At Innovaré we are always looking for ways to improve our efficiency and maximise our capacity so we can provide the best value and speed of build to customers, achieve our promise of Complete Delivery and take on even larger and more ambitious projects”, he adds, “It will also allow us to be even more flexible on the other ‘added value’ elements that we can offer bespoke to customers.”
