Innovaré is delighted to have been shortlisted for two awards across two categories at the Offsite Awards 2022 for our Thames Park Secondary School project.
Thames Park Secondary School (joint submission with B&K) has been nominated for Best Use of Hybrid Technology and Education Project of the Year.
Supporting Bowmer & Kirkland, we delivered the £24m Thames Park School through the DfE Offsite Framework. The structure was formed from Innovaré’s i-FAST system, a panelised solution prefabricated offsite to include factory fitted windows and cladding. The supply chain integrated pre-cast concrete floors, roof cassettes and Innovare’s first volumetric plant room. Factory manufactured elements exceeded output specifications to enhance Pre-Manufactured Value, reducing the schedule by 30%.
Thames Park Secondary School’s vision is to provide a high-quality, comprehensive, and meaningful education for all students by delivering an engaging curriculum in a safe and inspirational new environment where high standards and expectations encourage success.
Headteacher, Kam Bains said: “We are delighted and excited by the opportunity to deliver outstanding learning facilities and a permanent home for the wonderful students at Thames Park Secondary School. Thurrock students deserve the very best education in a happy and high achieving school.”
Congratulations to all those shortlisted and good luck on the night!
