As Deeley Construction’s offsite partner, Innovaré delivered the complete structural solution for the Finham Park 2 headquarters using our low‑carbon, fire‑safe i‑FAST panel system. Chosen for its proven structural strength and tested fire performance up to REI 60, i‑FAST also provides excellent thermal and acoustic performance. By delivering the full building structure using offsite construction, we achieved high U‑values, excellent airtightness and reduced thermal bridging, resulting in low embodied and operational carbon. The entire structure was manufactured and installed in just six weeks, enabling rapid progress on site. Our low risk rapid build offsite construction approach helped accelerate the programme while maintaining exceptional quality and performance.
